Movember Monday!

As many of you would know, November 1st signals the beginning of Movember, a month-long fundraising initiative with the sole aim of raising vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and depression in men. This is a cause that is dear to my heart, after my own father was diagnosed with prostate cancer back in 2006.

Men all around Australia will be growing mo's to support this great cause and if you or someone you know is participating this year, I wish you all the best of luck, not only in your fundraising efforts, but in your mo-growing efforts also!
